Basically skeptical in life, Val and Adriana like to study and experiment with tools before talking about them. Val has been doing it since 2022 and Adriana since 2023.

Each contemplated at different paces, regularly sharing their respective understandings. They observed the gradual changes in their lives.

(I.e. What is the link between Contemplation and Efficiency?

They observed an Evolution which accelerated in each of them when their sharing began on a daily basis (May 2024) and particularly during the few stays spent together.

That's when the idea for the program emerged!

This contemplation and our sharing allowed them to quickly take responsibility for their “shadow-ic patterns” and accelerate their liberation within the framework of a friendly, conscious and caring relationship.

How?

2. Lives (17):

Every week, there will be a Live sharing the evolution🔼 of the acceleration cell of the 13 co-leaders🕴️

3. Support:

A virtual meeting to discuss questions or share experiences with the aim of further anchoring the contemplations carried out. *On reservation via a Calendar link which will be sent to you. These meetings can be done with Val and/or Adriana.

4. Workshops :

(I.e. 3 face-to-face stays in a location that will be determined in Quebec to be central to the group of 11 participating co-leaders.

(I.e. Dates to reserve for in-person stays:

• From Wednesday July 17 (6:00 p.m.) to Friday July 19 (1:30 p.m.)
• From Wednesday September 18 (6:00 pm) to Friday September 20 (1:30 pm)
• From Wednesday October 16 (6 p.m.) to Friday October 18 (1:30 p.m.)

(I.e. This will be the opportunity to be at the heart of the acceleration cell surrounded by 12 co-leaders who will be committed to the same process as you in order to be even more efficient in their lives.

(I.e. The schedule will be arranged so that you can take approximately 3 hours for your professional practice in teleworking mode. The objective is to support the contemplation of the genetic keys in a rhythm that respects your daily life while benefiting from the synergy of the group.

(I.e. This package includes workshops over 6 days (3 stays), in addition to the previous points (1, 2 and 3). Meals and accommodation are extra during these stays.
